To begin the process, you need to let us know for which car you want to produce the forged wheels, along with your desired size, design preferences, and any additional requirements, perhaps some other ideas.
Once the design has been selected and all details confirmed, a contract will be signed. It will specify the production terms, warranty conditions, and other relevant provisions.
The technical model of the wheels is designed based on the individual parameters of the client's vehicle, taking into account load requirements, operating conditions, and any other customer specifications.
Once the technical model has been developed to your custom specifications, it requires your review and final approval. Production of the wheels will only commence after approval is confirmed.
This is the most critical stage. Our engineers program the production controls, set up the machinery, and begin manufacturing. Following production, each finished wheel undergoes inspection before being prepared for the finishing process.
Following the finishing process, each wheel is inspected against a comprehensive range of quality and compliance parameters prior to delivery to the customer.
Each wheel is carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We will then arrange shipment via the optimal delivery method selected by the customer, ranging from by sea to air freight.
